Un accord historique pour Saint Martin

Le 24 avril, la signature du Contrat de Convergence et de Transformation (CCT) entre l’État et Saint-Martin a alloué 115 millions d’euros sur 2024-2027. Des projets majeurs incluent la réhabilitation des MJC et du stade, l’aménagement de la Savane, et le déploiement du très haut débit. La ministre des Outre-mer a loué la collaboration et traité du foncier. L’agrément de la compagnie aérienne Air Antilles est en cours, avec un soutien de l’État. Louis Mussington a obtenu 10 mesures sur 72 pour Saint-Martin. Prochaine réunion : mai 2024.


Postal services St. Maarten

In a strategic move to bolster its regional presence, St. Maarten's postal services (PSS N.V.) have completed the acquisition of Cpost International N.V.'s operations, including PuntoMio, EuroMio, and MoneyGram services. Marinka Gumbs, Director of PSS N.V., expresses enthusiasm for the acquisition, highlighting the integration of MoneyGram services as a pivotal advancement. She thanks Jervhes Josephia, CEO of Cpost International N.V., for his collaborative vision. This integration promises enhanced international maritime transport solutions, strengthening financial accessibility for St. Maarten's residents.


A historic agreement for Saint Martin

On April 24th, the signing of the Convergence and Transformation Contract (CCT) between the French State and Saint-Martin allocated €115 million for 2024-2027. Major projects include the rehabilitation of youth and cultural centers, stadium reconstruction, Savane development, and high-speed internet deployment. The Overseas Minister praised collaboration and addressed land issues. Air Antilles' operating permit is underway with state support. Louis Mussington secured 10 out of 72 measures for Saint-Martin.
