Après six ans de litige, la marina Port La Royale de Marigot se dirige vers un nouveau chapitre suite à la signature d'un protocole transactionnel entre la Collectivité de Saint-Martin, la SEMSAMAR et le port de Galisbay. Cet accord met fin à la délégation de service public accordée à la SEMSAMAR en 2007, rendant à la Collectivité la pleine gestion de la marina. Cette décision ouvre la voie à une réorientation stratégique de la marina dans l'intérêt général de Saint-Martin et de ses habitants.
Saint-Martin takes over management of the port
After six years of litigation, the Port La Royale marina in Marigot is heading for a new chapter following the signing of a settlement agreement between the Collectivité de Saint-Martin, SEMSAMAR and the Port of Galisbay. This agreement puts an end to the public service delegation granted to SEMSAMAR in 2007, returning full management of the marina to the Collectivité. This decision paves the way for a strategic reorientation of the marina in the general interest of Saint-Martin and its inhabitants.
Saint-Martin vuelve a tomar las riendas del puerto
Tras seis años de litigios, el puerto deportivo Port La Royale de Marigot abre una nueva etapa tras la firma de un acuerdo transaccional entre la Colectividad de Saint-Martin, SEMSAMAR y el puerto de Galisbay. Este acuerdo pone fin a la delegación de servicio público concedida a la SEMSAMAR en 2007, devolviendo la plena gestión del puerto deportivo a la Colectividad. Esta decisión abre la vía a una reorientación estratégica del puerto deportivo en beneficio del interés general de Saint-Martin y de sus habitantes.
